What We Are Building

"Text Project" is an LLM-powered, text-based experience. It’s still early, and we’re intentionally keeping details quiet while we test directions—but if you like adventure, you’ll probably want to follow along :D.

What We Have Learned So Far

• Engagement increases when choices matter. If a decision changes the outcomes in a noticeable way, people are more likely to continue with it.
• Experience needs to feel coherent across moments.
• Constraints can create creativity. The right structure can make the experience feel easier, not harder.
• Pacing matters. The experience can feel better and more engaging with a rhythm.

Questions On Our Mind

• What makes a text-based experience feel alive rather than static?
• How much control feels empowering vs overwhelming?
• How do we keep the user moving without sacrificing too much agency?
• What does “reusability” mean in a narrative-first format?
